Joe Monaghan serves as an Independent Director of Protecdiv. He is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Euclid Mortgage Insurance Services, a managing general agency focused on underwriting residential mortgage credit risk and developing insurance-based solutions that improve capital efficiency, liquidity, and credit risk management for mortgage market participants. Before co-founding Euclid Mortgage, Joe spent twenty-six years at Aon in a series of senior leadership roles, including Global Growth Leader of Reinsurance and CEO of Aon’s Public Sector Partnership. He brings to Protecdiv deep expertise in reinsurance, strategic growth, mortgage and credit risk, and public-sector resiliency.
