Lester S. Pierre has nearly 30 years’ experience in software engineering, information security, knowledge management, insurance and reinsurance, and entrepreneurialism.  Lester is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Protecdiv. 

Prior to joining Protecdiv, Lester co-founded Wall Street Network, Inc (WSN)an MWBE where he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer during his tenure. He led WSN to a top tier partnership with Microsoft by becoming an exclusive Service Ready partners.  The innovative systems integrator specialized in application development, service delivery, and internetwork technology solutions with deep expertise in knowledge management, content management, geographical information systems and risk management focused on the insurance and finance industries.

Before Wall Street Network, Lester was Chief Technology Officer at Holborn Corporation, where he worked closely with Protecdiv CEO, Kael Coleman, and Protecdiv COO, Paul Little.  Lester had overall responsibility for the development, maintenance, and deployment of all mission critical IT applications and infrastructure for Holborn’s global operations.  Prior to Holborn, Lester spent several years with MBSII.Net LLC, an application development company, as a software engineer and project manager. 

Lester has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from New York University.  He holds various certifications in cloud, networking, computer security, telephony, software development and geographical information systems (GIS). He served has also served as an advisory member of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Alliance, Channel Vanguard Council, and CompTIA.
